40MM x4 Horizontal - Multicam

Holds four 40mm rounds in protective nylon sleeves. Each round is held in via a Velcro flap that also acts as a ""self serve"" pull tab. 

'Horizontal' refers to the way the the pouch is mounted - sideways with the rounds seated vertically. Requires four PALS columns for attachment.
