WARRANTY
SORD prides itself in achieving the highest quality standard for both material and construction, and thus SORD Products are guaranteed for life against all faults in materials or manufacture.
 
Exclusions from the guarantee:
    •   Normal wear and tear,
    •   Modifications or alterations,
    •   Incorrect storage,
    •   Damage caused by accidents, by negligence or by use for which the product is not intended.
 
SORD understands there are sometimes exceptional circumstances that are outside the scope of our warranty; these will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
 
When returning a product due to a warranty issue, please enclose a written letter with the product being returned, describing the fault or problem along with your details to ensure that the return is carried out in a timely manner. Please ensure that the product being returned is packed securely and cleaned.

RETURN and EXCHANGES POLICY
 
If you are unsatisfied with your product and would like a refund, or require an exchange for a different product, size, or color, the product(s) must be returned and request for refund/exchange made within 30 days of purchase.
 
    •   Restrictions on returns include worn, altered or customer-damaged items.
    •   Please allow 5-10 business days from our receipt of your return to process a credit refund or exchange.
    •   Customers are responsible for shipping charges for exchanges and returns, unless an order/shipping error has been made by SORD.
    •   Your order should be returned with its original packing slip/invoice and a brief description of the return. (Please make sure you keep a copy
        of you original invoice).
    •   If in some cases the item you are exchanging for is temporarily out of stock, SORD USA will inform you of this and will give you alternate
        options and/or an estimated time for your order to be shipped.
    •   If shipping costs are unable to be given to the customer at the time of an order being placed, it will be forwarded to the customer at the time
        of processing.
    •   Return policy does not cover products that are custom made for the      individual. Custom manufactured and special order items are not
        returnable or refundable.
